Why there are only two plans. The five agents only produce results when they feed each
other. Atlas makes you findable and Pulse buys the traffic, but neither matters if nobody
answers the phone, so Grace answers every call and books on the call. Every booking
lands in the booking platform, which is what gives Echo the visit history it needs to know
who has lapsed, and what gives Sonar real numbers instead of guesses. Break one link and the
rest degrade. That is why booking, your website and all five agents are in both plans rather
than sold as pieces. A cheaper plan with the loop cut in half was worse for the
businesses that bought it.
The difference between the two. Growth runs the full loop for one location.
Pro is for operators with more than one, and adds unlimited locations with every agent on
every one of them, ringless voicemail as a third reactivation channel, double the No Click
Video cadence, and Sonar's Competitor Monitor. If you have one location, Growth is the plan.
Comparable front-desk platforms alone run $176 to $410 a month before any

Setup fee
Setup takes a full 15 days, and we use it to stand up your AI team, training Grace on your services and voice, configuring Atlas for your local market, building Pulse's ad campaigns and Atlas's video triggers, setting up Echo's reactivation flows and Sonar's watchlist. Your setup fee depends on how quickly you sign after the demo, and it is a one-time charge taken on the day you sign up, day 1 of your build.
